The thing that's important is how long these subs actually hold this blackout along with just regular users revolting. Reddit users aren't known for virtue signalling or boycotting for long before they get bored and just got back to consuming again, Admins are probably hoping something similar will happen with this situation.

Really curious on seeing their next press release since it's really blowing up with msm articles about the situation.

A subreddit where people have proudly proclaimed that they've attempted to strangle someone's nephew or plotted to kill children because of their hatred for them probably shouldn't speak up about child abuse, let alone protest against it.

Even the degenerates on the platform are revolting? How can you jerk off to pregnant women but also have moral outrage over pedophiles? These are the people that become pedophiles by frying their brain.

edit: I didn't realize this had to be explained with detail. There is a cycle to depravity which begins with "vanilla" pornography (e.g. things that don't involve jerking off to pregnant women) and eventually leads to people becoming transexuals or pedophiles (many are both). One does not simply wake up one day and decide to cut their penis off and look at naked children.
