Constitutional scholar Fat Dumb Diversity Hire Al.

Ok Big Al, what does "and subject tothe jurisdiction thereof" mean? Because that is what you and your fellow ignoramouses are struggling with.

Trump et al and a growing number of scholars say that means lawful presence (children of legal immigrants).

Big Al thinks this "obvious part" mean sanyone who enters regardless of legality.

If he doesn't give a shit about what the "racist dead old white men" thought, then why is the amendment itself so important and sacred?

Why are these faggots crying about the 14th amendment and the "constitutional crisis" when the constitution itself was written by a bunch of racist white dudes? Is being created by racists disqualifying, or isn't it? Is the constitution important or is it not?

There is no first amendment issue at all Fat Dumb Diversity Hire Al.

Its a securities fraud case dummy.

Feb 20 (Reuters) - Target (TGT.N), opens new tab was sued on Thursday by the state of Florida for allegedly concealing the risks of diversity and social initiatives that led to a customer backlash and wiped billions of dollars from the retailer's market value.
The securities fraud lawsuit by the State Board of Administration of Florida, an agency overseeing public pension funds that own Target stock, was filed in the federal court in Fort Myers, Florida.

It is the first shareholder lawsuit led by a U.S. state over Target's alleged mismanagement of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) matters.
Florida accused Target of betraying investors and its core customer base of working families by making false and misleading statements in financial reports and proxy statements about its DEI mandate and environmental, social and governance mandate. It also accused Chief Executive Brian Cornell of downplaying the intensity of customer boycotts following a "disastrous" and "exceptionally offensive" May 2023 Pride Month campaign, prolonging the decline in Target's share price.

WASHINGTON — A federal judge in D.C. said Friday he would allow the Trump administration to move forward with plans to put thousands of foreign service workers on paid administrative leave.
In an opinion issued Friday afternoon, U.S. District Judge Carl Nichols said he was denying a temporary restraining order sought by the federal labor union representing the workers and lifting the hold he placed earlier this month preventing the State Department from changing their employment status.
The hold was scheduled to expire Friday night at midnight. Nichols had extended it last week over concerns that USAID workers stationed overseas would be placed in danger if they lost access to government systems while on leave.
"The government's subsequent submissions have convniced the Court that planitiffs' initial assertions of harm were overstated," Nichols wrote Friday.
The order means the Trump administration can move forward with its plans to place more than 4,000 USAID workers on paid administrative leave while it works to largely dismantle the orgazanition and incorporate what remains into the U.S. State Department.

I love how dumb he is. He thinks he said something smart with this, "MERGING STOCHASTIC TERROR WITH STATE POWER" wow so smart much Digital Stasi.

Literally how every government has ever worked, it responds to complaints from citizens. That's the entire point. In fact, Alex's entire existence is about yelling about shit on the internet and hoping someone with power does something about it.

Fat Dumb Diversity Hire Al is shocked to learn that compliance is not optional.

Damn, ending a tiny program will kill 6 million people?

I love that he thinks getting rid of Elon will somehow stop this, doesn't Trump get final say on everything? Does he think Elon could cut something Trump wants?

Has he ever commented on Elon's Neuralink ambitions? imo, that's a much larger existential threat to humanity than anything else he's ever done or will do in the future, but I'm fairly certain Big Al has never even contemplated the ethics and the myriad of other issues that a brain-computer interface entails.

I guess we'll have to see if this is anymore accurate than his prediction that Twitter would no longer exist after November 2022. I guess we'll also have to see if Alex believes his own rhetoric and flees the country.
