Alejandra Caraballo / Alex Caraballo / @Esqueer_ - Twitter trans rights activist, cyberlaw teacher who doesn't understand cyberlaw, mass flaggot, humiliated in congress by a real woman.

No, he did not Captain Retard-O

From the whistleblower's fundraiser

"Just over a month later, on June 23rd, 2023, a few hours before my graduation from surgical training, two federal agents showed up to my apartment in a highly atypical, unexpected, and aggressive show of force. Despite their best attempt at launching a surprise interview, I insisted on having an attorney present. Before leaving, however, I was given a target letter signed by a federal prosecutor that stated I was being criminally investigated for a case regarding "medical records."

Since no laws had been violated (no personally identifiable patient health information was disclosed), this was nothing more than a blatant attempt at political intimidation. We believe this case is being driven by a highly ideological division within the Department of Health and Human Services that aims to silence whistleblowers who expose institutionalized medical corruption and the dangers of these hormone-based interventions for confused, adolescent children."

It'd be pretty hard to find a millstone today. Can we simply hang them?
I don't think the Lord will mind if we use plates from the gym as a replacement. Letter of the law, spirit of the law and all that jazz.

Does Big Al have any legitimate hobbies or interests that we know about? I can't recall him posting about anything but trans bs.

I would like to nominate Big Al for the title of least self aware tweeter of the new year.

This made me LOL because the incompenent "lawyer" thinks that anti-slapp statutes protect tortious speech. They do not.

Lawyer in name only.

Lawyers who actively practice don't hang around Twitter to bitch and moan almost every hour of the day like you big boy.

At the risk of self-doxing, I would just like to say that I went to high school with Alex and that he was just as much of a shithead then as he is now. I can't emphasize enough how many people disliked him. He was an infamous crybaby and complainer. He was rude to damn near everyone and always in a bad mood. He was also very much a straight male although I don't think any girl in our school was willing to date him. We already had transgender people in our school and a pretty large GSA so why he waited to be trans until college is a mystery to me.

Big Al is a "lawyer from Harvard" the same way that he's a "honest, true woman."

(Never thought Harvard would hire from a fourth-rate law school for anything above a janitor, but....it's this dumb decade and he checks the necessary DEI boxes, I guess. Just like Claudine Gay. Fuck the Ivies sideways.)

Even if Al's claim that he leaked privileged records were true that doesn't change the fact there are sex changes being performed on children (you know, the thing that supposedly never happens) and he's trying to change the narrative into an attack on the leaker - it's like how Libs of TikTok exposed something similar but most mainstream outlets covered the bomb threats LoTT allegedly caused instead.

One of the worst parts of Alex's fearmongering is his blatant lies to radicalise the trans crowd. Exhibit A: This tweet.

SB 197, a new bill in West Virginia would classify transgender people as "obscene matter" and make their presence within 2500 feet of a school a felony punishable up to 10 years in prison. Full

No, it doesn't prohibit trannies within 2500 feet of schools. He conveniently doesn't highlight the part where it says it prohibits indecent displays of a sexually explicit nature. Unless of course he is insinuating that being a tranny is inherently sexually explicit which is a hilarious self own.

This misinformation results in trannies openly fedposting like so:

right as the war with iran looms, the reactionaries are plotting concentration camps for trans people. arm yourselves and start bombing infrastructural targets, they will not stop unless forced

the American regime is a Nazi regime. it must be resisted and overthrown. also in west virgia, one must note, is the factory in which all the gunpowder for the US army's ammunition is produced. a very easy target to blow up in a state so evil the collateral damage is meaningless

Cool to know that trannies get to talk about bombing the US army's supply chain while we get deplatformed for taking issue with men in dresses raping women.

So, the exact same way you were picked up by the cyberlaw clinic?

This doesn't even make sense, what makes someone "qualified" to be a trustee? Nice male aggression, Alex.

Meanwhile, Alex jerks off over Elon again:

Alex receives some complaints:

we only ever called him Alex.
VINDICATION!!!

It's always niggled at the back of my mind that I never knew for sure if "Alex" was the best way to deadname Caraballo, or if "Alejandro" was better instead. I figured that most people in America would consider "Alejandro" to be too much of a mouthful, and he'd have probably preferred to go by Alex growing up, but I never knew for sure. Until now!

So thanks for the closure! lol
