As others have already said, I don't think CPS/DCFS slaps you on the back and tells you you're the best parent ever, so sorry about the haters! Alex's previous retellings of CPS visits have been suspect at best. I suspect it's probably lies mixed with her hearing things through a very stupid filter.

As has already been covered, the Instagram post with the rebuttal video is gone. Before it was removed, I was screenshotting comments. You'll be able to see why she gave up and just took this post down completely.

Alex was being really nasty about Hannah's financal sitatuion and then had the gall to post her Venmo information to Facebook. A Redditor caught it before it was removed, so credit to that user for catching this:

Why I have my doubts: Alex has had public fallings-out with carers before. This IS NOT the first time this has happened. It's the first time a child has been involved, and it's the first time a YouTuber has picked it up. She and Mikey are mortal enemies to this day, and she was slinging insults at him even in the Smiths' garage. In the time of this thread, the only caretaker we've know about (other than Hannah and Selena) was Nina in Chicago. Historical caretakers obviously don't know the current situation . . . if they even sent those messages.

Dad Challenge posted another video. I haven't watched it, but Hannah apparently says that Alex has already had to ask for a rent extension at the new apartment. I definitely believe that-- I had almost commented before that Alex has been talking more about money and the need to make it lately.

And now we know why this woman is Alex's caretaker. She's some flavor of influencer with 17.5K followers of her own. She was posting 21st birthday pictures in August 2023, so she's apparently 22 years old. (birthday August 27, 2001, according to her Facebook)

She apparently really did advertise her services (and her socials) on care.com, because you can see this guy (a quadriplegic, according to his profile) asking to get in touch with her 3 weeks ago:

(She can apparently pilot small aircraft, hence the plane photos.)

So this girl is extremely young, and I can't find any record of nursing training; Alex, however, said that she had nursing experience. She might have some sort of caretaking experience that's not reflected in any of her socials, but I really do suspect that this girl is only with Alex for the clout, as the youths say. This isn't promising, and I wouldn't be surprised if there's yet another caretaker fallout on the horizon.

Naturally, the first thing I’d do if I needed a carer was to hire them and promptly follow them on insta.

Say what yoy want amd about Alex, and god knows I have, but I rather back her efforts getting her life in order than listen to a word this bald cock-nose says.

I just wish she would hire a "normal" caretaker for her and one for Ari, or have two live ins, one day/one night.
Just get your damn life together, it kinda comes naturally when you become a mother. Not saying all your flaws disappear over night but they do go away, most of them (usually).
But here she is, rolling through life like no fucks given. Ari is adorable and it's sad af how she can't cherish that more.

It's a lot to hope for a cow of this magnitude to just be normal but she actually has it easier than many others in the sense she can just hire someone to call her on her bs all day,every day.
But she rather hang out w 20somethings w no backbone

Trashy behaviour invites trashy commentary. You can't moralise the quality of the commentators when Alex is acting trashy enough to catch unsavoury attention, and she's feeding into it because she's a lolcow. Nobody is better or worse in a game featuring Alex and keemstar knockoffs.

Flying GA aircraft is a very expensive hobby. And, if her goal is to get to the majors, she has to have 1500 hours of flying, at night, in various weather, cross country, plus have passed numerous check rides for various ratings, such as IR (instrument), all with a paid instructor. There is a lot more to flying than most know, so it could be her goal is to earn money to pay for airplane costs and fuel.

I didn’t bother looking to see her experience level, but a good pilot is going to be detail-oriented and patient, and getting into Internet slapfights isn’t a great sign. However, she may just want to fly for fun and has no plans for a career. It’s still very expensive.

It’s possible that she hopes for clout too, to build her user base and also pay for this hobby, but Alex has a pretty toxic user base and it may not be the clout she wants. I also don’t know how much crossover there would be. Flying is pretty technical and there are a lot of aviation nerds out there, but probably not following Alex.

And Alex is not exactly generous -being a pilot at 22 isn’t that unusual but it’s interesting, and you think Alex would have mentioned it by now. But Alex doesn’t share. So I kind of doubt the clout and just think she cares for Alex in the morning than flies in the afternoon.

If she actually is a pilot. Florida is where a lot start.

I wonder how long this'll last. I'm going to be optimistic about it. Or I could be conspiratorial and say she's putting this out because Ari will now be sleeping at the Smiths' house. In any case, I'm sure her Reddit A-Logs have had a field day with the latest caregiver drama. Doubtless there have been many calls to the government child welfare service with Redditors claiming she is drunk all the time and leaving knives all over the apartment. The volume is probably so great that she's finally taking it seriously. Still, even if she stick with it, it'll only help so much. Now people will be saying we're not seeing Ari because she has gangrene or something. On that note, I did see that the Reddit A-Logs thread left the PG but it hasn't really taken off. There aren't any posts about Alex but there sure as hell could be.

Yeah it's not really a thing, unless it's a family-caregiver situation. Especially if Alex is paying this person from a stipend meant to take care of Alex. I'd go so far as to say it's probably fraud of some kind, but I don't want po.op handlers digging too far into it and losing Ari any care she currently has.

No. Alex is offering $20/hour for someone to be her caregiver, Ari's nanny, Cairo's petsitter/dog walker, and her social media content assistant. That's nuts, to put it mildly. Alex likes to dance around it, but she herself requires full-time care and can do literally nothing for herself.

The post has already been shared here, but it's getting close to 15K likes after being up only 7 hours. Her previous post-- the wheelchair wheel cleaning one-- hasn't yet cracked 5K:

In the meantime, Alex and Noah have unfollowed each other on Instagram, because they're in 7th grade. Noah has also created a finsta (private, selective Instagram account) and has announced he won't be using his public one as much-- again, 7th grade girl behavior.

Noah also updated his Facebook profile picture to a photo he screenshotted from his mom's Facebook. He didn't crop it or anything, so we can see this Facebook stories in the image. That's why we can see an account called "Allnighters" that seems to be women bending over and showing their butts.
