The birth certificate would give Noah equal footing, legally speaking. Hmm, so it looks like Salina's quick trip to Chicago was not a coincidence. This means that Ari is now in the home that Alex has repeatedly characterized as unsafe. And yeah, that wheelchair will weight around 400 pounds. It's not a toy.

As a reminder, Alex's family lives at 2211 S 70th Ave, Palos Heights, IL 60463. She hasn't really shown the house itself, but you can see she's in a shady backyard with multiple outbuildings. From the street view image, you can see that the backyard is indeed shaded.



The aerial view of the property confirms that the backyard is shaded, and you can also see that there's a big deck back there-- and Alex is on a deck.

Unless she goes over a deep curb or stair it won't tip over and while I'm sure she might get drunk enough to do that a chair like that has a really low centre of gravity and won't tip on its own so while I would never ever recommend a child to hold on to it Ari won't get trapped underneath it unless Alex drives it off a porch or something.

Ari was cheesing so hard in that video, how sweet. I’d guess these little moments probably mean a great deal to Alex, there’s such a short window of time where wheelchair spins are going to be cool and fun. She really has no other way to interact or much to offer beyond that, on a human level I can imagine how crushing that must be. How long until she runs over her mama with the wheelchair and the smiths have to bail her out again to see Ari?

Re Alex and the wheelchair tipping over: we know that she's crashed the thing in the past by drunk driving. It's happened more than once.
