Most likely someone just using the name after seeing it here. Doubt he would use it in other places after he changed it back in what? 2016?
Alright well, status update, due to the fact that the Zero Escape Wikia's other admin came back (JuneSlade), Wikia Staff themselves can't step in and requests to deal with AlexShepherd need to go through JuneSlade.
They were kind enough to tell me that if JuneSlade disappears again, they'll consider putting the Zero Escape Wikia up for adoption and removing AlexShepherd's administrative rights due to his breach of the rules, the fact that he's acting in bad faith, and his history across multiple Wikias. So in a sense, that's a win, and it lets us know that Wikia Staff don't find his conduct acceptable.

He is often argumentative when things don't go his way, but he took things a little too far during those incidents. Wikia actually banned him across all wikis after the incident, although it only lasted for six months. For some reason, they demoted him and all of his other wikis except for the Zero Escape Wiki, which is why we still have this ongoing problem. I would block him myself, but we are both the same level of admin on the wiki, so he could just unblock himself at will.
Despite this power that he possesses, I agree that this kind of behavior is completely unacceptable within our community. In the past, I have successfully reasoned with him on his policies and can usually get him to back down from his ridiculous and often insensitive ideas and thoughts. However, as you know, I have been gone for a while, so he was left unchecked, and I apologize for that.
If I simply just rebuke him, this cycle will never end, so the best thing for us to do is to also file a report to Wikia at this link: http://community.wikia.com/wiki/Special:Contact/general. The more of us that send these reports, the faster they can get back to us and help us solve this issue and possibly demote him from the wiki or ban him altogether. After the reports are filed, I will reopen the forum to take a community wide vote on whether or not he should retain his position.

Minor update: JuneSlade tried to reopen the discussion only for Punished Foreskin to close it shortly afterward. I don't get how Wikia works but isn't it possible for an admin to get demoted?

Basically, Wikia Staff policy is to not interfere in the internal politics of any given Wikia UNLESS the politics are admins abusing their powers AND there's no admins around who can handle it. Or if there's no admins around to handle problematic members, too.
AlexShepherd and JuneSlade are both bureaucrats, which means neither can demote or depower the other. If JuneSlade was inactive, reporting AlexShepherd to Wikia Staff for action would be the way to go. Since JuneSlade is back, though, the proper procedure is as follows:
JuneSlade must hold a public vote about whether or not to demote AlexShepherd, if she can't make him stop his problematic behavior. She must then send this vote to Wikia Staff who will investigate and act.

What I'd be more interested in knowing is how many sock accounts he has on Wikia. Zecroline, Zecro123... odds are he has more. Funny enough, Zecroline is still globally blocked from all Wikias. Zecro123 claimed he was Zecroline but he "lost his password". Lying ain't nice, kids.
As for AlexShepherd, are all of the other Wikias he has admin on solo jobs? Contacting JuneSlade on Zero Escape was very productive and I think it'd be a good idea to contact all of the other administrators on his other Wikias and relay the full information to them.
