Yeah, this is all bullshit.
A search ban basically keeps Alex and his tweets from appearing in search results (so for example, if I searched his name on Twitter right now, his account wouldn't appear). It doesn't affect his ability to make those tweets, and as long as you know his username, he can continue to spam away at K8 without repurcussion.
