Alex has the 4 year old mindset where if you just say you’re sorry you can get away with whatever you want. The worst part is, he is getting away with it.
Hanging out on the farms is good for Alex. We challenge him to break out of his repetitive mental cycles. That's why he can't stay away. Deep down, he knows we're the group therapy he needs.
Sounds like most of the cows here. The important people in their lives enable them until they become so toxic they end up alone. Alex's parents aren't getting any younger, and I doubt his godmother will tolerate his antics.
