Alex Levert (Also known as Dare, GaTeWay, Sporkhammer, FlOWerz_FoReVer, herhehejhrekjashsd, and way too many other schizo names and autistic socks) is most notably a SomethingAwful pest and Tribes series fanatic with a long history of attempting to manipulate everyone around him, throwing massive spergouts up to and including 300 page manifestos about really anything at all, and managing to get banned 150+ times on SA despite it costing $10 every registration.
Alex has a unique way of communicating, it's probably best referred to as "incomprehensibly autistic 90's gamer". This is made worse by the constant lies about his achievements as an incredibly washed up competitive player of a 20 year old game; often swerving in and out of consistent grammar and spelling while making up credentials, randomly inserting l33tspeak like it's IRC 15 years ago.
This kind of constant self-aggrandizing led Dare to generally stick to groups he can trick into believing any of his stories, often making bold claims and then using sockpuppets to further the narrative he just set.
Combined with the inability to play any game other than Tribes, he ended up becoming one of the only members of the "TribalWar" forums that stayed once it left its initial seemingly intended purpose of Roleplaying/Creative writing/Community related to the Tribes series and transitioned into a bizarre incel-heavy Stormfront-lite. TW is also where he got the idea to start agreeing with himself en masse using alts instead of attempting to have sane human thoughts and opinions, with its incredibly lax registration rules and anti-botting protections. It's highly likely that Dare is 75% or more of the active posting members on TW at the present, which combined with his personality led to him being ostracized by the users that did remain.
At some point near that however, he started dating a woman he met on OkCupid (Whom he refers to as K8 ) by lying about his status and convictions; which seems to have been his life's dream as despite only dating for 4 months (she broke it off and got a restraining order when he sent her a "totally joking" realistic death threat) he was so devastated he did what we would all do, spam the Breakup/Relationship Advice thread on SomethingAwful with attempts to slander and dox his exes in order to garner sympathy. Common very believable scenarios included her being a Dark Web Porn Star, master hackers out to silence him, and and Feminist Plots to destroy his character/life. (He edited his posts a long time ago and I don't have archives upgrade to cap them all)
This immediately caught him a probation for erasing his insane posts and shitting up a thread with his whining, and so his first sock was created with the incredibly stealthy name of Not-Dare, which was also quickly probated. This slowly escalates over the course of a week, and Alex's last ditch effort is to plea for sympathy in the form of this spergout. (Available in song form)
His main account was permabanned, and he stayed off SA for a while to work on his other hobbies, like being arrested for stalking, threatening, and harassing the ex he couldn't stop posting about, which landed him in jail for seemingly a few months and earning the Canadian equivalent of a restraining order. Of course this was none of his wrongdoing, it was all an elaborate plot to falsify charges against him as punishment for exposing their harmful feminism!
Obviously there's nothing else for a person to do in jail, so Alex continues harboring hatred for Lowtax behind bars. When he gets out he almost immediately starts signing up for SA accounts again, hellbent on a mission to prove to the world that he is a targeted individual being abused by hateful groups of feminists; all hell bent to remove one of the most important and influential thought leaders the world has ever had.
At this point Dare tries to divert the negative attention by claiming k8 stole all of his passwords, leaving him with only a few accounts left and the rest being used to sully his good name. Despite the fact that his ex has never played the Tribes games, the content he spams under this pretense is almost entirely advertisements for FPS-Z games, his own youtube channel, and TribalWar threads no one cares about. Accounts usually last a few hours, and the users quickly learn to bully and ignore him. This nets Dare at least 50 bans over the course of a few months. Mods quickly started reducing ban messages down to "Dare" to save time.
Lowtax finally snaps after he registers 40(!) accounts within the span of 3 days, issuing chargebacks to his clearly inattentive credit card company every time he's banned. Like dealing with any misbehaving child, Lowtax attempted to contact his parents, Gerald and Irene and left them a voicemail about their retarded kid's internet antics and bank fraud. This unfortunately only seemed to upset Dare more, culminating in a 342 page manifesto being sent to Lowtax in a grand form of autistic pageantry that would totally pwn him, br0.
This is the most sensible time to warn you about Dare's color choices. It might just be his :autism: but I think he believes having unreadable, clashing, neon colors makes him smarter because he willingly hurts his eyes or something. Either way it makes it harder for everyone involved to sift through his rambling so I've included the funnier bits here.
Somehow none of this got through to people despite its length and girth, so he had to keep registering for and posting on SA to make sure as many people as possible knew how amazing he was and how much he definitely didn't rape his exes; which goes as well as you'd expect. (the green color is from SA having gassed that thread)
Of course as Alex has apparently been convicted of rape and forced confinement (with at least 3(!) women filing complaints with the police for various stalking/abuse/harassment issues), this doesn't really do much to help his case. Quantity over quality is his focus, choosing to spam as many outlandish stories and claims as he can in order to drown out any sensible reality-based outlook on the situation. And of course, claiming that Anita Sarkeesian herself plagiarized her thesis from him, sent him death threats, and personally stalked his home with violent intent. Because he's too good at video games. Sensible.
In the opening paragraph of this post, he includes this disclaimer:

Considering his usual writing ability, coupled with the fact that the tone and style of speech changes entirely every time the grammar does, makes me doubt that his writing style is a choice and more of an :autism: issue that he attempts to hide with a ghost writer.
Dare has purposefully combined all of these factors to more easily have access to women whom he can trick and control. His typical MO seems to be:
A. Threaten them physically for sex/control after getting into a relationship
B. Beg them to stay at the threat of him being broken and destroyed forever
C. Threaten and slander them online with bots and sockpuppets until moving onto the next girl he stalks
This leads Dare to send his exes things like these for years. Bonus points to him for constantly flip flopping between "I didn't do anything I love you" and "I'll probably try to kill you if you don't fuck me"
He may currently be in prison for abusing/stalking a woman he is referring to as Elena, as his internet activity dropped off 9 months ago when he seems to have fully shifted to an incel mindset, leaving virgin rage comments on random videos that include women, and constantly trying to get people to believe that Anita Sarkeesian plagiarized his masters thesis. Before this, he just spammed old Tribes 1 videos and attempted to make every conversation about Tribes, with the occasional political spergpost written in the usual radically different style/tone.
Overall Dare is a perfect example of the type of person you have to be to flaunt "accomplishments" in the competetive scene of a 20 year old pc game a full decade ago as if you matter to the world at large: A weird, dangerous, incel with anger issues and enough superiority complexes that they probably think of life as a game made by developers that are out to get them.
