@A.Backman seeing as how you've given so much study to the bible I'm genuinely curious about your opinions on Patristics and the Church fathers, personally my favorite is Isaac of Nineveh though a close second is Maximos the Confessor. Every read any of St. John Chrysostom's patristic works? They're really quite good and accurately outline precisely why so many things are relevant to the theological content of Christianity. The Ladder of Divine Ascent by St. John Climacus is another great read If you're more into Calvin and Zwingli and the like I can't say I've read quite as much. What's your Christological Opinion?
i dont waste my time on apocryphal readings, i keep my mind close just to the word of jesus and god in the bible

Oh no. Another person thinking they're smarter then everyone else. Following the bible like a fool because that book totally wasn't written from hundreds of years of different versions of oral tradition, translated over and over again, edited for content by different governments, and comes in any flavor that fits your world view.

Why does everyone think that when god talks it's only to tell them about some horrible event? Why would a loving god be so negative?

Mr. Backman should not be on the internet. It's too much for him to handle.

These aren't apocryphal readings; they're works by Church Fathers that are highly important in all of Eastern Christendom. Its funny that you say you don't read them; many of these Church fathers decided what exactly went into the bible and why it went there. Hence why their patristic works are important for a full theological understanding.

He doesn't know any of this, because @A.Backman is quite ignorant of Christianity.

What I want to know is how anyone can take a guy like this seriously when he cant even spell. Like, there are plenty of people who convince others of their insane world views, but that's because they're at least educated enough to be able to articulate them. He claims he has 'fans', but who would truly take this guy seriously as a journalist?
