I haven't played in a really long time (since before Issue 9)but now that they have that package dealy with Issues 9-11 (OMG 9/11 CONSPIRACY) and the side-mission packs, I might pick it up again.

The Tokyo content has been really good. Issue 10's story missions are some of the best content they've ever done. You'll probably need to rebuild your deck though, it's a step up in challenge.
 
Somebody should pose as a fan and link Backman's youtube to this guys account. That might get us verification.

Not surprising. I think I have the whole wheel unlocked except for some Auxiliary abilities, so I can do whatever if I can find some decent weapons.
