I won't believe it until he actually forks over the money. Ralph seems like the type of guy to ignore the back support owed, will send a check for $1,000 once or twice and then never pay it again. What this tells me is the civil lawsuit really has Ralph terrified. He agreeing to this because he wants to avoid the courts getting ahold of his (and Pantsu's) financial data at all costs due to the civil suit.
If he wanted to fight in family court they were going to make sure all his financials were on the table and that was going to make it a lot easier for Mr. Lowry to get his pound of flesh. Ralph can now continue to try hiding his income under Pantsu's name and claim he's got no money to pay the judgement/settlement Mr. Lowry will get. This could cause issues for Pantsu because if he puts too much in her name then she will lose her very much needed Medicaid coverage and welfare benefits.
I wonder if Ralph will keep his little "begging goals" header up on the KS so that Mr. Lowry's attorney can tabulate his monthly income? I'm sure KF will be happy to note down the income Ralph is claiming in donations every day to help ensure justice for William Lowry.
Ironic that nearly killing an innocent black man resulted in Ralph actually having to contribute some money towards the care of his son.
