Those things are still being sold on the manufacturer's website. They're in
the discontinued section, but they're still there, with no indication that they've been discontinued due to safety concerns.
Archive, because this manufacturer should be named and shamed in the extreme. If you dig around, there's a defensive
message from the founder that buries the admission that the Consumer Product Safety Commission forced them to stop selling these with a lot of language blaming the US for the recall rather than admitting fault. Slimy stuff.
She's giving mixed messages on using this thing in the comments. These are the only two comments I saw that brought up the recall:

Alex is about to find out that everyone on the internet has an opinion about how you're raising your child, and everything thinks you're doing it wrong, no matter what. I can't see her handling this type of ongoing criticism well.

archive of the letter from the founder/designer. Seems like the current government notice falls short of ordering them to stop sales, which is how they get away with offering this on their website?
