Here's an interview from 2018 when Alicia won a humanitarian award for adopting kids (lmk if there's a better way to upload audio files to the site)

In it Alicia describes Josh's attitude to adopting as "going along with my crazy ideas!" which is... it speaks for itself.

She also reveals that Monroe county capped their 4 bedroom house at 8 children, but as there were still empty beds in the house the Dougherty's transfered their license to another foster agency (Children Awaiting Parents) to continue aquiring kids. When they moved to their 7 bedroom house, it was not to give their kids more room, but to have room for more kids.

Can someone explain to me how common it is for a woman to miscarry 12 fetuses in her twenties go on to have 4 healthy pregnancies back to back in her thirties without changing anything? Does infertility spontaneously resolve in such a way, because I feel like she turned to adoption after infertility in the same way Kate Gosselin tried to have just one more and ended up with six.

I would love to get receipts for the adderall rumor if there are any out there. There's so much footage of her talking at the camera, I'm not sure if it's real or if it's just something Reddit started saying.

If her kids don't have medical privacy we all have a right to know if Alicia gets wasted while taking adderall.

Eh, the graph will bounce back up. Lish just needs to come out with an exciting event or change to the family dynamic. If you go back a bit, you can see a spike when Neveah and Dayshaun first came into her home. (She filmed them for a TikTok as they were literally unpacking in her house, so I doubt she got permission from the biological mother.)

I'm saying Alicia is risking running into a situation where she might end up like Fathering Autism, someone who has had CPS visit his home 3 times because of his social media conduct, because every call has to be investigated.

I'm not saying if that's a good solution or would result in a good outcome, but it's not something that should be initiated by people on the internet.

Don't call CPS on Alicia.
