Thanks for sending me down the troubleshooting rabbit hole. I had Focus Assist set to Priority from a long time ago (got shitty at discord spamming me iirc) and never changed it back. Seen 2 ads in an hour since I rejigged my settings. I had honestly forgotten about Brave Ads until I saw this thread. If you're using Windows, make sure you have Brave notifications turned on in your Windows settings. I forgot I'd disabled them a while back and it wouldn't allow the ads through even though I had them enabled in the browser.
You can use this to test and confirm they're working: https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/articles/360058972091-Push-Notification-Test
I've done some reading about people not getting ads on desktop (because I'm one of them) and some people seem to think it's due to some sort of Windows update. I was getting lots of ads, but I still haven't gotten one since October 19th.
Are your push notifications working? That's the issue I was having.
Do Chrome Store extensions not work in Brave?my problem with brave is the use of extensions. tried looking for an anti adblock script killer and couldn't find one in brave, i'm a fucking retard that uses google so probably not the best place to start.
I would, Null; but the site is not verified in the BAT Wallet system and Brave pockets tokens that I would donate after 6 months or so without a site verification. I'm just saying. I have never actually seen a BAT verified site anyways.

Should I send you more bitcoin? You're in luck: We cannot get a payment processor, so that's not an option.
I've got it on my chromebook via Linux, and I didn't have any issues with it. It takes a little while to open up, but that's only if it's the first thing I open via Linux (which it usually is, since the chromebook is my device for traveling and gets used for little else). Did you install the Debian version in the terminal? It apparently won't work properly with the others. Barring that, it could be the specific model of chromebook.Fuck it, why not? Since I don't have anywhere to throw my BATs at, i may as well throw them at Kiwi Farms.
Edit: Tried it for a bit but it didn't work very well. Probably because i installed it via Linux on a chromebook and I would rather drink battery acid than use the android version.
I've been using Brave Search since the summer(?), and I find it comparable to DuckDuckGo (I don't dislike it, so that's not a bad thing, and I still use as my default search engine on some devices). I think they're going to start doing ads via search results in the next few months, similar to how DDG does them, although I'm not sure if those will be a part of the BAT ecosystem.I've been using Brave for about 5 years now and it's been pretty great. However, the Brave search engine is new. and I've got to say it's surprisingly competent (at least compared to FuckFuckNo).
Gotta shill that as well even though it doesn't give Null his precious BAT.
No. They show up as notifications, which you can instantly dismiss.Do you need to click on the ads or anything? I'll get used to the lion. At least he's orange, like the fox.
