I've told a lie, according to this support ticket they won't process the payment until you actually have the amount you set, so if you want it to go through timely best set achievable amounts.

For some reason my "Attention" score for the farms is at 0% permanently. Wondering if one of my other extensions is fucking with it (I had adnauseum installed but it never seemed to do anything, for example). Cleaned out all but the ones I actually use, lets see if that helps.

So far I've read (from devs themselves and on Brave website) that
  • you earn BAT by simply being shown the ad via browser notification popup
  • ad-blockers have no effect on them
but I've dismissed like 10 of them already and haven't gained shit yet. So I decided to click on them and even gave them thumbs up and the wallet still shows 0. No, I'm not browsing via Tor or in private mode.

So can someone tell me how often does the wallet update? Is it in real time or at the end of month? Do these ads also work when using private mode?

How does Brave's ad blocker compare to alternatives like AdNauseum that Google has banned from their app store? I run a setup of Firefox that has been configured to be strict on what websites are allowed to load and AdNauseum has been probably the only adblocker that seems to truly block everything. I'm open to using Brave since Firefox Foundation has been becoming a meme as of late, but I also don't feel comfortable with giving Google more of the market share since we're in an Oops, All Chromium! world.

Thanks for keeping the website up, Jersh. Freedom of speech is a fundamental human right and it's a shame how difficult it is for someone to allow others to express that right.

I lurk sometimes and don't care much for lolcow content, but here, take my BATs. I find yout efforts to keep this site running commendable, most admins would have bent over and please the tyranny's demands.

is it possible to know what BAT address is registered for kiwifarms.net? it doesn't seem to be the same one listed at the bottom of the page, I want to snoop on a blockchain explorer to see how many paypigs he got from this thread :)
