Status report on first month of BAT earnings, I think it said I had almost 2 BAT due for payment around beginning of January, so far we are a few days past when it said "Payout processing" and still no BAT in my wallet, I'll give it another week to see if it comes through. I gave it the college try.

Can you tie BAT to a wordfilter? What if each individual profile wordfilters "nigger" out to *N-WORD* until you've donated $20 worth of BAT, and then it unlocks the wordfilter and you get an "N-Word Pass" profile flair under your avatar.People would be pretty motivated to collect that. Could apply to Sneed, some tranny's deadname, anything else really. An actual N-Word pass would motivate a lot of people though

So I used Brave on my mobile and computer for over a month now. Got no ads on the computer but a ton on my phone (10 per hour), which said it was generating BAT. However, month rolls by and it says I have 0 BAT in my wallet. I don't have auto-contribute turned on nor monthly contributions. Where did the BAT go?

Okay, so I'm still confused about the BAT wallet system. I set Brave to monthly auto-donate at 10.00, but my balance never reaches that target. So then what? Does the donation still go through?

I'm not sure if the standard Brave wallet is linkable across multiple platforms - or, hell, even how it actually works. Do I need Gemini or Uphold? Which one is best recommended?

Basically, I'm lost.

I switched over (merry Christmas Jersh) and get around 3 BAT per month. I've set auto donate to 1 BAT and manually donate the extra. I haven't verified my wallet because of the minimum balance requirement.
I assume if you don't have enough BAT to cover your donation, it won't just donate whatever you have accumulated.

How the hell are you making that much?! I barely get to 0.25 ever month and I've got it set to max ads

Yeah, dunno. Mine is set to max ads, they're a bit sporadic, and are pretty much the same ones repeated.
Earlier in the thread I read something along the lines of it depending on your location. All my ads seem to be crypto affiliated.
I haven't had as many in the last few days, but I haven't been online much either. It sounds strange that you're barely getting anything...?

This may answer a few questions you and others have had, it certainly made things a lot clearer for me:


It explains why processing dates may vary, as well as estimated vs. paid earnings. (Basically, some ads rollover and pay next month but show in estimated earnings because that's tracked in realtime).
This time last month, my estimated earnings were more than what I'd been paid each month in total since installing Brave. I'm currently sitting at 2 BAT estimated after being able to claim 13(!!) and had been averaging 3-3.5 monthly payout previously. Another user in BP chat was looking at a bigger payment this month too, so it'd be interesting to know if anyone else randomly got a considerably higher payment than average.

Came to this thread to ask just that, might just be a coincidence though. Usually make 1-2 a month, made 6 from mid April to mid May.

Guess the site is getting what amounts to a whopping twofiddy from me this month.

I was wondering the same, because Brave tips etc. were being a bit fucky and I wasn't sure if it was just me. For a while it was showing Kiwifarms.net as an unverified creator.

All good this month though, auto and manual tips went through fine.

Glad to be able to access the site on Brave again. The value of BAT is crap at the moment, but at least I was able to send 20 KF's way.
