At one point Spoony made a bad Twatter joke about chaining Jesu Otaku to a pipe in his basement and "loving her his way". The implication was that "his way" was rape. A year goes by and suddenly Lupa brings it back up and causes a huge stink over it. Spoony doesn't take it seriously and mocks her. Lupa keep ratcheting it up and not letting go.

This occurred about the time that he left TGWTG. Some say that Lupa got him fired. He says that he quit. The word on the street is that it was a mutual decision because he dared to ask for payment for his services on "To Boldly Flee". But Doug has said in the past that he was welcome to come back at any time so there weren't any real hard feelings at TGWTG.

The leave doesn't seem to have affected Phelan, Diamanda, Chad, or Dominic, all of whom make content I usually like.
Same goes for Lindsay, though I don't care much for her videos.

I only recognise Phelan and Diamanda, but I think they both cover horror films which I never had any interest in. I can't remember Chad or Dominic.

Also, now that I think about it, Angry Joe still does good content, but his skits are way too long and quickly become boring and annoying instead of funny. He could cut 5 minutes out of his reviews just by shortening his skits, and he really should, TBH.

Holy shit, Lost In Adaptation was a Channel Awesome show? I stumbled across that YT channel a year or two ago. I guess it shows how little exposure CA gave to their creators.

It was a very late join if I recall correctly. Doug had a cameo in his Desolation of Smaug video.
Interestingly, in the commentary, Dom mentions that he appreciated how willing Doug was to do cameos, months after CtC.

We really need to give Lupa the benefit of the doubt here. There's absolutely no proof she isn't living in a Dunwich Horror type scenario where the kid has an invisible twin that weighs several tons and needs an industrial strength fan to keep cool in the summer. The kid might be preternaturally intelligent and capable of proper conversation at 17 months and so it makes perfect sense to yell "Fuck You" at it. Not everything is Karen behavior, the internet just makes it sound that way.

The funny thing about CR, that dude is more infamous for not his videos but having a huge ass meltdown after the end of MLP S3. He went on this massive ass rant, mocking people who went "meh, saw it coming" and so forth. He was later roasted for his journal and eventually deleted it.
