Let's be fair, this really isn't worth a lawsuit and the subsequent dragging of everything into court. Allison's not some Tony Skidmark level trust fund kid who's got some spare money to win in a suit and unless Brad can conclusively prove her constantly saying he exposed himself to kids is hurting his brand, it's not gonna be worth the costs to put her in her place.

She thinks that by Doug rviewing Duckman, CA is so desperate to stay relevant they're resorting to pandering to the anti SJW crowd.
