1. How long has she been using hard drugs? I don't see any of the obvious signs of physical abnormalities/degradation that you might expect in a long-term user.
2. Do you have archives of any of the tweets in the attached pdfs? Poorly-formatted pages filled with crudely-edited screenshots is not the standard of content/documentation that we should strive for. If you are able to find or create archives of this content and link it, then that would be preferable.

I think you should take a look at the malingerers thread- they're all shameless narcissists and liars. DID, BPD, autism, gastroparesis, and EDS are the typical claimed disorders of most munchies (in addition to POTS, MCAS, CRPS, & lyme). To me she seems like an unremarkable munchie. I do think her felon status is interesting, though.
I would recommend adding photos/videos (under spoilers if too large) to the OP.
