Hello! I just had a look at this thread that and others have advocated due to the unique interconnectedness and circumstances of this bunch. I'm glad it was finally made.
I have a few critiques of/additions to the opener:
He actually discussed another affair as well, with a 13-year-old when he was 18. I don't have a file or link handy right now, but that's one thing I came across and have been meaning to investigate further. I will add that objective to the whiteboard now.
They didn't shut it down, but their antics and the con's feeble and cowardly response to the crisis enraged many people and interfered with people's plans. Supposedly, many or most of the rooms were released back to the general convention. Flayrah or Dogpatch might have good articles on that saga.
I don't know whether they actually owe taxes, or would if they squared away the deficiencies with the IRS. They just didn't file tax returns for several years and lost their federal tax-exempt status, which was one of the major bombshells that forced Sorin (the chairman) to GTFO (he blamed Deo and other people maligning him and his staff, of course).
The sex offender part refers to Kahuki/Kendal Ray Emery, CEO of the parent organization and former chairman of RMFC. I'm sure other sex offenders were at the con as well, and this gang seems to gravitate towards sex offenders and other miscreants. But it was a minor component con-wide, discounting the dramatic re-revelation of Kahuki's past in the aftermath of the letter).
I think the Nazi bullshit within FR is mostly just insincere trolling when they're in the mood to piss off people. Genuine Nazis renounce them and would mercilessly purge them if they had the opportunity, and they probably know this. There may be genuine far-right/Nazi members there, and the armband and its symbol were definitely meant to be reminiscent of Nazi Germany. The name "Furry Raiders" itself conveys a menacing or aggressive aura.
However, the main problem with Foxler and his merry band isn't the on/off Nazi and hate trolling or their real or feigned political beliefs, but their propensity to harass and invade people and events, and Foxler garnering influence and feeding this cancer through heavy personal spending. These are aggressive, pernicious characters who have caused furmeets almost universally to customarily blacklist FR or their armband, while Foxler and FR are actively competing with their events FURality and Paws at Pearl. The stupidity, cowardice, and fecklessness of others in that scene exacerbates the problem, and recently it culminated in the self-inflicted demise of RMFC.
Also, I think to a large extent furries use the hashtags #AltFurry and the like either to amuse themselves much like Kiwis use very coarse language and jokes to be funny (e.g. "All furries should be gassed" is upvoted by furries here), or to rattle the cages of SJW and liberal types. The #AltBrony tag is even more ludicrous and seemingly insincere. And for all we know, Len Gilbert could just be running a long trolling campaign and think all this is delightful utter bullshit.
To my knowledge Scorch/Rodney Brian "of the Graff family" isn't a sex offender and there isn't a report of him having sex with either animals or children, but he seems quite capable of sexual offenses. I recently interviewed one of his former tenants here. In fact, I'm still speaking to them and will have a second compilation done ~6-24 hours.

There were accusations made against him, and recently he's freely admitted to having a 16 YO as a mate while he was 25 (which might be legal TBH, cross-state affairs are extremely complicated legally), and sending a puppy to her (I don't really know whether that entailed literally stuffing a poor dog in a box and FedExing it, or using a special humane process and courier). We now know his ex-mate is Elizabeth "Liz" Bowman, daughter of Tammy Bowman.
I also fully archived his very wacky LJ which had been ignored until now save for one article, where he talks about fooling around with 13-year-olds while he was 18. That will be my next major focus maybe as early as today. Other research/info trading things are being done by various people.
The last 30 days have not been fortuitous for him or FR's allies. And to think that if Scorch hadn't sent that letter, likely most of this wouldn't have happened (at least not as soon) due to lack of impetus. Speaking of Scorch, he's still insane and incomprehensible (archive) He seems to be addressing the event controversy by explaining irrelevant AoC laws, laws which contravene what he advertised if they had applied anyway.
Is... is he being facetious and merely imitating a devoted lolcow to have fun? That's something I'd expect in an RPG or movie between a servant and a religious figure or emperor, not a sincere exchange between two furries.
It must really suck to be a Russian furry, assuming they're as gay as American furries are.
