No, they wouldn't dare. Because calling them out would result on the rest of their friends turning on them. Friends who call Vade out don't stay friends with them.

Vade's friends don't actually like them, really. They fear them, and the control they wield. Vade is manipulative and conniving as fuck, and will play people against each other to suit their purposes.

I was friendly with one artist that got sucked into Vade's cult, and when I warned her to stay away from them, I was faced with complete denial, pleas that "he's seriously a nice guy, he's just aggressive at times!", and an insistence that if I just talked to them, I'd understand and wouldn't feel this way... and that I was being a big meanie because Vade was an otherkin. Shortly after that, I was blocked.

What drove me up the wall was that not a few months earlier Vade had singled out and attacked this artist for her version of maskless Pyro being a white, cisgender dude, because her version had gotten popular, and that people who made white cisgender male Pyros were boring and trash.

This argument was actually the catalyst of Vade getting known in the fandom and getting ahold of some clout, and they ended up running people out of the fandom over disagreeing with this.

It was fucking ridiculous.

I read some of the links you posted. The guy appears to be a 13 year old kid who needs remedial English. Why would anybody fear him?

This seems to be a case of idiots banding together to form some kind of giant robot idiot. Vade must have some kind of charisma that I don't see to suck all these idiots in. Are there any actual documention/screenshots of the death threats me mentioned?

My last post got eaten somehow, so I'm posting this again.

The otherkin community has something of an "economy of belief." When you're in an environment where everybody around you is claiming to be a Homestuck troll or a vampire or a fox, it becomes very, very easy to accept just about anything as fact. By completely doing away with any kind of skepticism or critical thinking, they leave themselves vulnerable to people who can very easily abuse them. This shit is so common in otherkin circles and it's dangerous as fuck. It's seriously some cultist shit.

I don't have any on me, I would have to dig some up. A lot of what I've detailed is based on actual accounts.

Unfortunately, when most of these victims were confronted with these threats, their first instinct is to delete this shit and hope it goes away if they deny Vade's cronies attention, instead of screencapping it.

Sometimes it's hard to accept that there are things in this universe that we cannot understand. It is easy, however, to accept that these things are typically on the Internet.

Well it sure sounds like you have it all figured out. You'd think that if enough people posted this crap there is only so much time Vade would have before "they're all lying it's a conspiracy" started to get old.

Sorry if I came across the wrong way. I meant that screencapping is you having it figured out. I understand somewhat about cults and abusive relationships but usually the "authority figure" in either (if I can use that term) has something to offer. What does Vade have to offer?

From what I understand, nothing. They maintain being on the top of their pecking order solely through guilt-tripping and fear, and that's what makes them so much more fucked up than usual.

i've seen posts calling out this weirdo on my tumblr because one of my friends is really into tf2. and i just honestly don't get how It got this popular and influential. i think i blame the less extreme sjws that think enabling these bologna-throwers is harmless.

Even the reasonable Social Justice blogs have a bad habit of downplaying the toxicity of Tumblr SJW culture. The truth is that almost any philosophy can be twisted and used for harm, even those that espouse justice and equality for all.

As for how somebody gets this bad? All you need is access to a group of vulnerable people who are unhappy with their lives and a lust for power and control over them.

I am honestly not interested enough to even look if they answer it. Otherkin bore me, for the most part, they are all the same shit, just different toilets.
