Apparently they're offering a $250 gift card if you get approved for a Visa card. Are there any downsides to this? I'm not seeing anything from a casual Google search.

Signing up for the Amazon Prime Visa was the best thing I ever did. In addition to the bonus gift card, I was also invited to Jeff Bezos's wedding and got to hang out with Leonardo DiCaprio. In fact I'm staying at his place in Martha's Vineyard next week.

You get cash back on amazon purchases, if you've already bought prime then it's a no-brainer you should get it.
I've had it for years and have actually never activated the physical card since I use it exclusively on Amazon.

Same but I'm feeling bummed that I got it before this whole wedding deal. Fuck me for being an early adopter.
