Lez be real guys, no one (in recent years) has given her "the talk" for MANY reasons. Firstly, no one genuinely gives a shit. It might (But probably wont) be because she realizes that if she FINALLY loses even a minimal amount of weight like 40-50 pounds (which is like a normal person losing like 10 ish) and does a live weigh in to "prove" it, some idiots will subscribe again and she'll be able to trick more new viewers who don't know about her little history, or how to use adblock into subscribing.... then she can budget a little, by not buying as many journals, and Torrid shit for awhile and save up for more food in case people inevitably see through the crap and just unsub again.

...Except she doesn't understand how to actually budget or properly manipulate people who aren't borderline special needs... so that is all unlikely.

Perhaps she'll go on My 600lb Life and be hospitalized because it will be a source of food, shelter, and ass wipers. I mean she'll be kicked out for never making progress but still... And hey, maybe she'll meet a lesbian nurse there and it can be a brand new love story and she can move in with her new SOUL MATE.

I just hope something finally happens. I think this hit to her wallet and therefore food (and therefore her only source of happiness) might just be the change needed to stir the pot.
