Yep, she is totally faking the accent, it's not natural for adults to completely change their accent just by living surrounded by people with different accents for a couple of years. Phrases and slang, yeah but not accents.

Kids can soak up accents easily though, like the young Syrian refugee with a strong Irish accent.

Some folks with a musical ear will pick up accents and it will change over time, but not that dramatically. I know someone who grew up in England and he's been in the states for a while now so his accent is more of a quasi-Australian thing now. It's actually pretty funny to hear him vs. his family. However there are certain things that never change. The way he pronounces his 'h' with the aspirant. Calling 'z' zed. Just random stuff like that. I can't imagine having a partner that randomly and very poorly tried to appropriate an accent. Also, the southern accent in certain places is lovely and gentile. That particular accent at the Fag Shack is grating on the ears. Then you add Hamber butchering something already being butchered and here we are.

IMO, I don't think her use of "bolth," using "een" instead of "ing" or mispronunciation of words like important ("impor-in") have anything to do with her accent. She's just too insular and lazy to enunciate properly.
