Edited to add, it's probably adsense related. She's added in as many ads into as little content as physically possible, and gotten away with it. She's earned stupid money, considering the literal dollar store drivel she produces as content.
YouTube have used the natural drop off/ad campaigns paused during the pandemic to reduce and or claw back as much ad revenue as possible, and that's outside of bullshit demonitizations across the platform.
There's tonnes of creators lamenting fallen adsense money, and every other channel is starting memberships, threatening Patreon or similar, in an effort to boost their falling income. At the risk of being MOTI, YouTube's greed pisses me right off. All they do is host the content, it's the creators putting in the leg work. Moral of the story is YouTube as a job is fucked, for most.

- This one is actually plausible, the eating disorder addition to their TOS is so recent I don't know how serious they are about it. I do think they'd delete any offending videos, not just demonetise.
- Family channels are doing fine, the worst that showing a child in a video can do is disable the comments.
- Was the sex talk with her ex, Casey when they were both teenagers, or is this some other case? Anyway, irrelevant, one old video won't fuck your channel.
- The more ads, the more money for both the youtuber and the youtube platform. Youtube loves ads.

I would love the absence to be because of a breakup with her vengeful caretaker or her being on
any reality show, but I don't dare hope lest I be let down. It's never anything good with Amber. She'll be back and nothing will have changed, and we will be disappointed yet again. Even if it was something huge, she'd manage to make it boring, a la the
