Some interesting information regarding aging out of foster care. It says she could have had school paid for till she was 21 years old. Do we know how old she was when she went in? I know she didn't graduate but the states mentioned here seems like she could have benefited from free college and not had to take out a loan. And access to free mental healthcare as well and she dumped it because "lol it didnt werk fer me"

It also shows here that she could be receiving free healthcare until she is 26 which she almost is.

This is something I found for Arizona. Didn't she move in with Kacey in Tucson when she was 19? She made it sound like CA(I think that's where she was?) just dumped her out on the street and took away her psych meds. But maybe things were different 8 years ago. Except Hambeast wasn't different because I imagine she still went through some sort of discharge process, but since she's a narc(they think they know everything) she didn't follow through with anything that would have been beneficial to her.
