In reality the shower is 36-40 inches across. This checks out with standard measurements for US fittings, and the scale at which the floorplans are drawn and the room dimensions they give.

Most of the door openings are 30-32 inches in most apartments and amber gets through those. So. yeah. she FITS in there, but thers not alot of room to do the washing.

She does have a different stove and microwave setup than in the apartment website pictures. It was speculated she had an ADA accessible unit at her last apartment and I am guessing she has another accessible unit here. Her stove has knobs in front of the burners which would be easier for someone in a wheelchair or short stature to reach. The microwave is replaced with a hood vent (maybe her microwave is on the counter?). Either way, nice to see she is fatting it up in another accessible unit.

We dont know that she got one with the storefront. Apartment buildings have multiple layouts but will only show a few floorplans and tours taht are representative. She likely has an apartment without a storefront that follows the same plan. Theres more than 4 apartments in this building, so she didnt get the ONE they showed in the tour. Dont twist whats being documented. Also you should be more worried about the literal detention center down the street.

IIRC, when she was looking for apartments and came across the one she accepted, she claimed she’d seen pictures online but had to wait a couple of days for a virtual tour of the actual apartment she would be renting. That would play into hers NOT being one with an online tour.

There are only two floorplans for "live + work" in that apartment community, all ground floor. The only floorplan that has a fat people shower and the same kitchen is the live + work one. The other apartments all have the microwave above the stove
