There is only one mexican restaraunt near OshKosh that has those goofy chairs, and it actually does have the same textured tables but it does not have that mural and there are no trees outside any of its windows.

Poor mexican restaurant. I'm pretty sure those are cheap wood chairs, so Amber probably damaged one. For example, Ikea cheap dining chairs have a weight limit of 242 lbs.

Think I found it. You are correct that those ugly painted chairs are from the Jaripeos Mexican restaurant, they are a chain and the spider-web wall with a window plus larger mural looks to match up to the El Jaripeo location in Little Chute, WI.
