I almost don't wanna say this as a relative newbie who doesn't even post, but WTF happened to this thread the last few pages? I saw like 3 people assuming something just from the title and running with it as if they'd watched the video, and a bunch of others sharing their or their family's diabetes/hypothyroidism/fatty stories... doesn't read like the farms almost.
But I'm not trying to derail the thread, so to make up for my complaining I've actually watched the entire video to summarize. (Apologies if I'm leaving things out, but Amber has done the same shit for a decade now, lol)
-The word "swollen" makes an appearance again, and of course it's the reason her face is fat.
-Says she "feels an urgency" to lose weight and "cares so much", lmfao.
-Feels so much better after eating healthy meals compared to fast food... (Okay I'm starting to see why people are just not bothering to watch and assuming shit, her videos are the most boring deja vu moments at this point)
-Backstory for why she had to go to Denny's after the hospital. (It was "so late" and she "couldn't cook something", making it sound as if she regularly cooks, or is a busy person, l-o-l)
-Now the hysterectomy is what's making it hard for her to lose weight. And she's so depressed and anxious you guize.
-Super proud and smug about "not even being prediabetic"
She doesn't have diabetes, that was clickbait as expected.
Anyway, as you can see, her life is just so crazy guys but she's totally making better choices.

We open to Exasperatedlynn, telling us of the anxiety she's been feeling and reecapping the recent medica drama, from her desiring GLP-1 to her getting back to the ER for the second time. Sounds like bs tbh, from my experience the ER doesn't give a fuck unless you're, yknow, in an actual fucking emergency. Next day. She tells us that when she logged in to see her medicla info, her reading say she has the same thing she used to have years ago whereshe lied her doctors couldn't figure out whether it was a collapsed lung or a bood clot (wasn't it just a nodule). Shows us the chef salad she will eat. Next shot, she's editing a video and noticed she looks weird bc she forgot to do her eyebrows. (Alright fuck it, I'm getting more to drink, this is just so fucking boring). Next shot after the shower, shows us what shampoo and conditioner she uses (also some oil she puts in her hair). I just don't understand why she wouldn't want something like Zepbound. It's actual work to lose weight by your own means, but GLP-1s are an easy way out. Why does she refuse to take it? Is there some kind of joy she gets out of being fat? It's not like she's a HAES supporter.

She has a fundamental psychological urge to overeat. GLP-1s can take away her physical appetite but not the profound mental issues that have caused her to become this weight to begin with. She would need intense and regular therapy for it to begin to have an effect, and Amberlynn needs to be a Victim more than she needs to fix her life.

IMO- It’s not about hunger cues, or keto vs Omad. This girl decided she was gonna be disabled by her gargantuan weight, and then did it. Maybe influence from a fat family member? Idk. But I do know it was a conscious decision because Amber was behaving disabled (using scooters, having gf bathe her) way before she was actually impaired. This stuff started in VA with Krystle. She was just over 300 back then and very active. She just didn’t want to be. I think she likes the appearance of “I wish I could be out there swimming with the sharks, but ho hum, poor me, too fat”
