She's been in pain since after she turned 18 because she said that sleeping with Kasey hurt her back, and then that's when her issues started (according to her). Sure, a decade ago - but there was once an Amber without that kind of pain.

I don't think you can be 500 lbs with just a nagging pain - she's complained multiple times about it and even quit her job. Of course, this is Amber we're talking about, but all of the My 600lb Life patients complain about how much agonizing pain they're in every day. Nobody will really get used to carrying around that much weight.

Diabetes isn't an injury btw. But she has hurt herself due to being obese. And on top of that, as people here have mentioned before, if she falls, or jumps up and down continuously, or tries to run (and plenty of other worries that normal people don't have) she could definitely have a life threatening injury because she's so obese and can't physically manage her weight.

I don’t think Amber has had many positive sexual experiences. A couple years ago I went on a deep dive of her askfm. I'd basically scroll for a bit and then stop to read for a while. There are several answers on her askfm where she basically loathes men and then there are answers where she mentioned finding certain men attractive. I have personally always thought that she's actually bisexual, but won't pursue a relationship with men based on past abuses, like her brother being mean and the instances of abuse from her father. I don't think she has ever mentioned being sexually abused by men, though. It's hard to know with Amber because she lies so much.
