I do think Destiny cheated at an emotional level. If what AL was saying about Destiny wanting her to quit is true, then it holds up.

Dustin has tism for sure this is confirmed. I would imagine she has no idea what being "in love" is and falls easily. I would imagine any girl who gives her the eyes is her new love and onto the next with no regrets. However Amberlard treated her like a slave so I am sure she woulda been outta there no matter if Dana was there or not.

Everybody was talking about them breaking up for months before it happened. AL overdid the Christmas gifts and made her open them early just to try to keep Destiny. We know it was over then.
I don't think Dustin cheated, I think she's a horny teenager who doesn't want to have to take care of all the needs of a morbidly obese fat girl. And she jumped into the relationship with AL, just like with Dana and probably like the next one.
But even if she did cheat, who cares? Al treated her poorly. Remember the video when Dustin was in the hospital and AL ignored her to talk about her ugly purse?
If anybody deserved cheating on, it's AL.

I don't really think Dustin cheated. Remember the story AL told us about their break up? I agree that they probably had problems for months before it all happened but at the end it was actually AL's fault because she tried to control Dustin and she basically initiated the break up by suggesting it.
