Sure it may be a troll post, but an attorney would absolutely ask her to reach out to neighbors to see if anyone might have camera footage. They want to see if her actual fall was recorded anywhere. This plus the "I won't talk about it anymore" smells just like legal advice to me.

Nobody has to convince a judge; this will go as far as trying to squeeze a settlement out of the city and never reach court, which is what ambulance-chasers specialize in. When I worked in PT, there were a handful of patients who sued everybody for a living. One guy sued becuase he twisted his ankle in a parking lot. These settlements happen all the time.

But this bullshit? If I handled things, I'd definitely not offer a settlement. And that's not because I know who she is. Pretending I didn't know her, the first thing I'd do is google her. And guess what a minefield that is for Hamber and her grifter MG,W. I'd make them go through every step (ha!) of the process, and if they actually do this like fucking morons, they may very well find themselves having to heave Fatty through doctors and PT and all the shit she doesn't want to do.

SHe lost so much weight her feet "shrunk". feet dont get shorter when you lose weight. And if they got narrower, tighten the laces LazyLynn. Proper shoe fitment is your responsibility if you dont want to die from being bedbound by a tiny ankle roll


She wears ballet flats or socks that are meant to look like ballet flats (like infants have socks that look like shoes). Her feet are used to not having to lift more than a few milimeters off the ground when she waddles/shuffles. When in full sneakers with an outer and inner sole it likely feels to her like she is wearing platform shoes. Sketchers etc with memory foam in the insole seem really puffy but they squish to basically the same as regular insoles, but the memory foam puffiness fills in any gaps so you feel more supported.
Go tape a 2x4 peice of wood to your foot and walk around. Thats how it probably feels to her. Lifting her feet that extra amount must take great effort, and she likely scuffs her shoes and "stubs" them onto the ground when walking a lot. This could be how she stumbled and fell. Not picking up the foot and rolling from heel to toe but constant *scuff scuff scuffs* on the balls.
