Essentially the journal I was graded on in 6th grade, where I had to show the teacher, every week, that I wrote at least five pages. She never read them, but would call you up, one by one, every Friday, and you had to show her you had five new pages. Most of the time, my friend and I would just write notes to each other and switch notebooks. The teacher never looked close enough to notice or she didn't care.

I also think Oklahoma is her likely destination. She has to have realised by now, that’s once you become medically vulnerable (usually by age but fat works as well), that you need a reliable support network close by. That often means family, and in her case with no friends, it definitely means family.

I also find it hard to fathom that her mother, a recovering addict that live rough most of her life, is in a better physical shape and probably a better mindset than her daughter.

I definitely don’t trust her “I’ll miss living in the city”, because no way she moving to the sticks again. She hated that, and there’s zero content potential. She’ll be in a city somewhere, even if it’s a smaller city than Lexington.

She hated Monticello because of the isolation even though it was probably a better place for her since she could go outside and walk around the garden. The type of flats that she is looking at and has agreed to rent, as she said, are not being build in remote rural areas. They are build in towns and cities to attract their main demographics, namely young adults and pensioners, neither groups want to be in the middle of nowhere.
