Amber's favourite Mexican food is called: "Papas a la Mexicana". I am not sure if this is what is on the picture, but it seems like a lot of food. She ordered also a dessert with this. There seems to be chips and salsa on the picture. I am sure Amber has a few of those.

Fajita plate with about 800 calories in the rice and beans, 1000 or so more in the meat and tortillas and then a good 500 in chips and soda for our gorl. A dainty 2300 or so calorie dinner.

What is in the picture is fajitas, Papas a la Mexicana is deep friend potato chunks mixed with caramelized onions, peppers, and some meat covered in cheese and sour cream and can even be deep fried again in a tortilla.
