Awwww stay negative radio is pissy towards us. Basically saying that we have no lives, we all have six-figure jobs that we brag about and we are pathetic, autistic, in general assholes. He said that we took a tweet and blew it out of proportion. Which is pretty funny because he's the one that has flip-flopped on every f****** thing that he's ever said about LOL cows. Yeah I used to kind of be a "fan" of his, I never subscribed so he doesn't give a shit, but the fact that he went from being an edgelord to an "edgelord" crybaby that backs down at every confrontation because hes afraid of not being e-famous, that he's flip-flopped on all his shit; it's kinda like, "Maybe calling yourself 'Little Baby Tic-Tac Dick' is more honest than you let on."

He was kinda funny when he did reaction videos to mukbangs and the weird shit they did, it wasnt even that harsh. Now he's so afraid to even brush elbows with the people he used to mock, on the off chance that they might sue him because he, quite literally, paints his own target about how he's terrified that they're gonna give his another strike because "[He] doesnt fuck with another person's source of income because that's not cool". Yeah, too bad your opponents dont give a shit dude. Youre like the British Army facing the Americans; you have all this valor and decorum, the Americans are just going to hide in the woods and open fire on your redcoat ass, dude.

Sucking up to the people you used to make fun of because youre desperate for attention and channel growth and views, to sell your merchandise, all while talking about how you dont care if your channel never grows again, it kinda looks pathetic.

To be fair, you can definitely be healthy with frequent snacking between meals. That's what I do, and it helps me to not overeat for "main meals." Then again, I'm at a healthy weight and don't have a sick relationship with food the way lyin' ass Hamberlynn does.

She is such a damn LIAR, though! When she was making dinner, she mentioned that she did not eat lunch, just breakfast and her snack. So for the whole day, she ate cauliflower, two eggs, carrots, hummus with what looked to be three chips, and dinner of pasta (practically a normal human serving size) with shrimp. She's in the house all day with no where to go and no way to get there and we're expected to believe that she is not rolling around grazing/binging all day? She is master of the trolls.

It's hilarious because either she's just a terrible liar, or she really has no conception of what a normal person's diet is supposed to look like. People don't maintain a healthy weight by grazing on party platter food, sad gray pasta, and popsicles for dinner, Amberlynn.

Basically she's setting herself up to fail AGAIN so that she can cry for sympathy.
 
When you when you say fail again, that mean she was actually winning. She has never tried in the last year at least. She trolls her Subs.

Sure, that's kinda what I do. It has to do something with you blood sugar spiking and dipping rather than staying a kinda consistent. But the caffeine helps you not be inclined to eat more than your small portioned meals.

You can snack, but the thing is, Amberlynn is certainly not eating small, 200-300 calorie meals; she's eating a regular ass lunch, then 3 hours later, she's hungry again (She's eating more than this, but I think the FDA recommends meals be about 400-500 calories now, the average sedentary person's BMR is less than 2000 calories a day).

The other thing about the smaller meals is that people dont have a decent grasp of "healthy" foods -- things typically perceived as "healthy" are pretty nutrient dense: nuts, "healthy" fats, fruit, etc. So theyll eat a lot of smaller portions of nutrient dense foods, and end up over their calorie total because "obviously it's healthy food!" They dont have a grasp on portion size, and think a half cup of something like nuts is a small portion, when that alone is like 400 calories.

That's their problem of not calorie counting but it does give them the "But I eat small portions of healthy food, why am I not losing weight!" excuse.

I dont think AL actually counts calories, and it's really stupid because she seems to only eat store-bought food; stuff that comes in a package that gives you easy to measure serving sizes and how many calories that is. You dont even have to look it up, just flip the package over.

Fucking weight-loss journey, AL, the only weight-related journey you make is to the Cheesecake Factory and Golden Corral.
 
As a shrimp lover, I could not get over this fuckery. It is baffling how she manages to eat huge portions of her disgusting home-cooked meals. Sure, she eats out a lot, but a lot of the time, she cooks huge batches of her disgusting soups and salads drowned in sriracha and soy sauce and eats it all up. I guess it must be a mental problem rather than a hunger/gluttony problem if she'll gobble down these kind of meals regularly.

Her cycle is clear, she eats less than her normal and then gorges the next day completely undoing her calorie counting. Like those ice cream bars she ate two only because it said it was 70 cals. Thats her reasoning, "well it coulda been a whole cake so im doing good!"
The whole purpose of those low cal treats is so you can eat a popsicle without the high calories. If she's gonna eat two 70 cal popsicles might as well eat one regular one. Her "calorie counting" is pretty much useless and just an excuse to eat more.

If you eat in a way that doesn't keep causing dramatic blood sugar spikes and crashes (namely, little or no sugar or refined carbs, moderate protein, a bit of fat, and some fiber), there's no need to eat five small meals a day, or snack between meals. You can even tweak macronutrient ratios to the point where you only need one or two full meels a day, and never snack (see: LCHF or ketogenic diets). So while eating five small meals a day may turn out to be the best, most workable option for some people, if you need to do it because you're riding the blood glucose roller-coaster (or at least one bigger than the Wild Mouse), that ain't healthy at all. And Amberlynn? She's riding the Colossus.

Were you to ask AL how many calories per day she actually needs--be it for maintenance or weight loss--I'm convinced she would have no clue. None.

Amid all the dysfunction of her childhood, nobody seems to have ever got around to teaching her basic nutrition, or how calories work, or how many calories (and from what sources) she actually needs. She grew up eating a lot of food that comes out of packages, has pretty meager cooking skills, and doesn't seem to have a clue how to put together a meal (or even one dish) from actual ingredients instead of pre-fab components.

I think it's safe to say that food was her most reliable source of pleasure, comfort, and solace as a kid, just as drama and crises were her most reliable ways to get attention and love. These were the coping mechanisms that worked for her as a child; nobody intervened to help her find more productive means to comfort herself or get what she wanted, and she's still clinging to them because they still sort-of get her what she wants. So she was set up to be a food addict from a very early age.

As with any addict, she's a true adept when it comes to denial. So she looks at the nutritional info only when it suits her, and she can feel good about it--when she's consuming a product touted as low-calorie, such as those ice cream bars. The rest of the time? She doesn't want to look. Or, if she does, the number of calories listed isn't even useful information because she has no idea how many calories she actually needs, and how that package of food fits within that. (And the nutritional info doesn't help when they give daily micronutrient percentages based on 2000 and 2500 calorie diets--far more calories than any sedentary woman needs.)

So to you and me, "Look at the package and see how many calories are in a serving" is a perfectly obvious, sensible thing to do. And we can actually use that data, along with knowledge of our own caloric and nutritional needs, to make informed decisions about whether to eat what's in that package, or how much. But I'm convinced AL can't, and as an addict has no impetus to learn.
