No proof from either side at the moment, Emily claims to have videos and cameras around her house so I'm assuming ther IS some kind of proof out there on the real situation, Amber has no proof about the Rarity but it currently trying to find proof of a photo of Emily's arm without scratches on the night in question where Emily's wet dream of being crushed by a 550lbs woman came true.

Someone let her out. Amber says Emily left the door open by accident (doubt), and she’s been covering for it. The original story was Amber herself left the door open, but now that story has changed.

What makes me doubt it was an accident regardless of who did it was a) Amber’s past history of pets disappearing, and b) who the hell takes all those pets with them on vacation for months on end? I can see Emily “letting” Rarity out in retaliation for Amber refusing to leave, abuse, what have you.
