Even if Becky doesn't want to be filmed, and even granting that AL shoved the camera in her face before anyway, watching her essentially whispering and seeming almost scared Becky would catch her (she tried to fluff it, but it was obvious she didn't think Becky was behind her - watch her body language; she is acting like someone doing something they shouldn't be and very concerned about the consequences if caught) was concerning. Even if Becky knew nothing about uchoob, even if she disapproves, Amber is an adult. If she wants to vlog herself then she's free to do so. That whole segment was uncomfortable.

The other thing that made no sense is Becky taking her sister into whatever it was, but AL not being "allowed." Usually, if someone is allowed into (was it PT? Soz, the US terms are unfamiliar) a session it's not specified who. AL came off as not knowing why she's excluded and not even asking, just accepting. Which is a strange thing to do to your SO.

There will always be jostling for position in any relationship, especially at first, and dominance swings between the couple. Maybe it's because Amber is used to being the unquestioned dominant; she certainly was with Krystal and Destiny, so she's unused to and adjusting to a more assertive partner. But it feels like desperation - she CAN'T lose Becky, and she's so scared of that she will capitulate over things that shouldn't even be an issue. It's not the first time I've noticed little things that could be power-play, but its getting more overt and it must send her insecurities rattling.

This does not come over as a healthy relationship, and it's not just Amber's chameleon tendencies. I don't think anyone here, despite what she thinks, hates her and certainly doesn't wish her harm. Yeah cats may like to do their own thing more than dogs but they still have social structures (a "colony") and will include humans in them. Often owners are a replacement for their mother especially if the cat is owned from kittenhood. I have a cat so emotionally attached to me she will actually start vomiting her food if I'm gone for more than 24 hours and don't give her anxiety meds.

Though I doubt Hamber has cultivated such devotion as that would take effort and genuine selflessness, cats still like routines and familiarity. People coming and going a lot stresses them out. I am pretty sure all of Hamber's pets are as unhappy as she is and would benefit from a stable environment.

I think Becky and Hamber are in a power struggle, and one Hamber has to lose lest she risk losing Becky. It's not abusive, but it's unhealthy nonetheless. I wonder if part of Amber's lack of motivation to lose weight is because she just cannot fathom being thin. She doesn't know the effect that it would have on her mobility, her health issues, her appearance, etc. She's never been thin, right? But besides that, I think the problem is that she lacks discipline, not motivation - if she got on track with Weight Watchers (and entered her actual stats), kept being on track, and didn't have any slip ups, she'd get used to it fast and lose fast. I know she has a binge eating disorder so it isn't that simple to her, but still...

I think she did indeed get an accessible room (for handicap people.) The regular rooms have traditional tub/showers. That shower is made for a wheel chair. BTW, this hotel does allow pets.

I've been looking back at the ghost of vloglife past too. It seems weird to say it, but Destiny was the 'star' of the show in a lot of the vlogs (in her own gross way). The camera was always pointed at Destiny, and AL would provide the commentary. Now that AL has nobody else to stick the camera on, we get nothing.
