For the system to be profitable they need people who are going to sign up and pay a monthly fee, but the actual attendance rate should be low. In the vlog where she lost her purse and Destiny retrieved it from the cart at Wal-Mart she mentions that her debit card was in her purse. To me that indicates she was using a bank account with a Visa debit card attached...so she has ability to use it for things you'd need a card for.

It's fucking telling that AL couldn't even make it a week on WW. Generally, that first week is the easiest since you're motivated and committed. Plus, a week of eating healthier is not nearly as hard as consistently working at it over a period of time. If she can't even do WW for longer than a couple days, she should just stop fooling herself, admit defeat, and move the fuck on. The one thing more annoying than her weight is when she gets all preachy and holier than thou prior to a supposed major lifestyle change (whether going vegan or back to WW). All hotels have luggage carts. I was just pointing out that most people can carry one night's worth of clothes from the check-in desk to the elevator without needing a push cart. But if she wants to go down the "I'm disabled because I'm too fat" road, that's fine. It'd be the most honest thing she ever did.

Except that she lost her purse, along with her wallet and the contents shortly after that. She's always mentioning she needs a new social security card and ID. Also she says the day Destiny broke up with her she went and withdrew all her money from the account and canceled direct deposit. Since she didn't have an ID there is no way she could have opened another account in her own name so if she used a bank card it wasn't her own.

Smart Points are different from simply counting calories because they take sugar, saturated fat, and protein into account. There's not a set calorie restriction, but it varies slightly depending on how much protein and sugars/fats are consumed. More protein stretches the points, while more saturated fat and sugar will go through them very quickly. It's likely to encourage dieters to eat more protein-rich foods that will fill them and satisfy their hunger for longer vs sugary foods that leave you hungry 20 minutes later.


I used the recommended sugar intake for adult women (100g) and a little higher than recommended saturated fat (recommended was 16- upped to 20 because it's AL). Recommended protein is around 56g for a sedintary adult female. Eat more protein, you get an extra 100-200 calories, eat less and you lose as much.

Likely around 2,200-2,500 calories a day BEFORE her extra weekly points.
