Binge eaters are people who eat very little for extended periods and then eat 5000 calories in one sitting. Watching the rest of the video it doesn't really apply to AL. Like AL doesn't usually eat in private or secret. she eats out most of the time. She had no shame asking the waiter to bring 2-3 extra servings of Mexican rice. There's no way she keeps it a secret from Becky since Becky brings her the food and probably the guys notice as well when AL is raiding the fridge since their bedroom is next to the kitchen. She has no shame being mean to Becky and throwing a tantrum to demand she gets her way. AL often showed Becky going through the drive through ordering AL food but only getting a drink for herself- so Becky isn't always binging with AL and isn't a binging buddy.

That girl also says she started binging AFTER losing weight from restricting- has AL ever restricted food for more than 24 hours in her entire life? Maybe that one time she lost 89elbees? I don't know if AL has binge eating disorder or not but that video doesn't apply to her at all- that doesn't teach anyone about what goes on in AL's brain.
