Being as fat as ALR often makes skin extremely oily, which causes dandruff and makes your hair filthy very quickly. Of course, fatties with oily skin just apply the correct skin and hair products to counteract this. Amber, on the other hand, showers weekly (at best) and lets her hair look like greasy diarrhoea for 6 days a week. She's at the weight now where she needs her enabler to wash her folds for her (à la My 600 Pound Life) to make her smell less like someone poured expired, cheap beer onto week-old bandages, but I kind of doubt Necky is doing that. Also, $158 shampoo? She's stupid and frivolous enough to blow that kind of cash, but greasy rat-brown thinneeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeen hair doesn't need anything rubbed into it that costs $158. Get some Head and Shoulders and try showering more often than you (don't) menstruate, gorl!

shes such a liar in a video where her and Necky got a Kureg at Wommart she bough shampoo and conditioner and said they were in expensive meanwhile the price was 25 each for some fuck huge bottles.

She is such a damn liar it is ridiculous.
And, she lies about the stupidest shit as if we don't remember her lies. Just because she can't keep them straight doesn't mean we can't. Kiwi Farms remembers. Always.

ETA: She could easily have just replied that she's using a more expensive product, but it's clearly not working and what would they recommend. That would have been a reasonable adult response. However, if Victimlynn can't let Cuntylynn come out occasionally she'd lidurrraallly explode.

Now I just may be a poor rural bum myself but where the fuck do you find $158 bottles of shampoo? And for such consistently shitty results? Gorl save your money, buy something else.
I mean, it's possible :optimistic: that she got it from an actual salon. I don't recall her being at a salon since she had her hair "bayalalaged". I don't think that's it since she's a known liar and, as @xenomorph pointed out she said she bought some at Wommart for about $25. There are certain brands that can be purchased online or at a salon that would carry that price tag, but you'd have to be a fucking idiot to keep using it if it made your hair look like refried dog shit.

Only washing your hair once a week is "healthier" says Amber. And of course Amber knows what's healthy.

She probably learned that life hack from a Chantal video; Chantal made the same claim. In fact, for one day in January, Chantal was planning to never use shampoo again because it is so unhealthy. She abandoned that plan on the second day, though. That was the same time she was going to stop wearing makeup, which hasn't come to pass either.

I don't know where people get these ideas from. I know women who wash their hair daily and seem to suffer from no ill effect, and their hair looks great. I also know some people (guys more than girls) who put little effort into things like washing their hair regularly, and they often have dandruff issues.

The person who responded to her about washing more was right. Amberlynn has to cling to some excuse not to wash, since it is probably quite an ordeal for her. She was planning to get her hair cut not long ago, but I guess she has forgotten that too.

It truly depends on the hair and skin type. People with coarser or more brittle hair or dry skin could and should go a week without washing to encourage the natural oils. People with normal skin and average hair, which is to say not thin can get away with 3 days, maybe more with dry shampoo. Folks with thin hair or oily skin should wash more often. We know Hambert doesn't wash her body more than once a week and that is being generous so the excuse that it's bad for her hair is bullshit.

$158 from a salon.. I'm sure is overpriced hyped and the Nexxus she got from Walmart was just fine, but that's just me. She washes once a week and has dandruff. Walmart has dandruff shampoos- Head/Shoulders, Neutrogena, Nizoral, the doctor could even prescribe a shampoo or something if it's that severe. Maybe the salon has some expensive stuff so she can feel it works better. It's like her losing weight. It's not that hard to fix but she makes it harder than it is.... but oh wait taking a shower, washing her hair and just getting her arms up is a hard challenge.

Tl; dr they misunderstand how skin works to be lazy because they're exceptional.

It's the idea the the natural sebum produced in the glands around the hair follicle is better for your hair than the chemical alternative. Once a week wont cut it though, it takes an entire year of quitting shampoo entirely to get sebaceous glands to calm the fuck down and stop over producing those oils and just making your hair look like a greasy mess. Shampooing once a week strips the shaft of sebum and starts the process all over again, meaning it's a massive waste of time. Meanwhile it's not really "healthier" for the hair, just cheaper to let your body do what it does. You still have to put work in and scrub your scalp under water to keep dead skin from building up and causing dandruff.
