Yes, to maintain her weight she needs to eat about 3900 calories, so eating 3000 would be a calorie deficit for her.Wouldn't she still lose weight on 3000 calories a day though

With how much our gorl was chortling and squealing in the water I think there is a good chance she snorted the shit lake water up her nose or accidently inhaled it.Unless they all inhaled water (AKA drowned for a little bit), I find it odd that they all developed respiratory problems.
Unclean litter boxes can cause respiratory problems. Doesn’t she keep the cats box in her room? Cleaning them can cause breathing problems too and I don’t see anyone in the house having the foresight to wear a mask or clean the boxes daily.Soaking in contaminated water would, more likely, cause skin conditions, gastrointestinal problems and UTIs (and in extreme cases meningitis). Amber's many "colds" are more likely caused by lack of cleaning. Obese people, when sitting down let go at some point and "fall" on wherever they're sitting on. Can you imagine the amount of dust particles being tossed up in the air when Amber sits down?
Chances are, the primary cause of her respiratory issues are inert particles irritating her lungs.
Wait...she keeps the cats box in her ROOM? If anyone knows what it smells like when a kitty takes a fresh dookie and you're near the box, you have to run for it. The smell is awFUL. Then again, I suppose that smell is nothing when you are used to BO and yeast smell coming from AL.Unclean litter boxes can cause respiratory problems. Doesn’t she keep the cats box in her room? Edit- who am I kidding she probably only has one kitty box, I can’t imagine her actually supplying them with what they’d need beyond the very basics.
I think she did at one point before letting the all go wild in Dusty’s room. I know they moved houses with shit still in the box way back when too. I wouldn’t put it past them. They’re probably nose blind to animal odors, well not counting ambers. I’ve known people who’ve done it when they had kittens or just adopted cats and you have to clean it like 3+ times a day. Regardless I’m not 100% on the placement, I just know it can make you ill regardless.Wait...she keeps the cats box in her ROOM? Oh despite me feeling like her idea of calorie requirements is hilarious (her quitting Optavia over the calories was amazing), it would actually cause her to lose weight. If she actually stick with it that is.Wouldn't she still lose weight on 3000 calories a day though
She would do much better on a 2500cal diet, but she has been eating 4000+ calories for so long now, the change might be too much of a shock for her. I think cutting her diet by 500cal is a good way to start, then when her weight loss plateaus she can take off another 500cal.She'd do so much better if she'd limit herself to ~2500 calories per day instead of immediately dropping to 1200 or something like she always does. It's enough of a deficit for weight loss without being so drastic a change that she fixates on how empty her stomach is.
Imagine being so fat that you can only manage to walk in place for 2 minutes or do 15 reps with 3 lb weights. Jesus.
Didn't she say at one time that she threw out the cat box and bought a new one monthly? I know, I know, that's trusting her narrative and is definitely not true, but I do think that's her "method" of cleaning the litter box.I think she did at one point before letting the all go wild in Dusty’s room. i didn’t even realize just how fucking massive she was until she was so winded just from walking in place for two minutes
I mean there are disposable litter boxes that last about a month. You still have to CLEAN them. No wonder the cats don’t like herDidn't she say at one time that she threw out the cat box and bought a new one monthly? Absolutely, but it wouldn’t quite explain why the rest of them got sick. I’m just playing with her logic, we know it’s shit lake. I’m sure that’s a huge factor in her mysterious sicknesses, might explain her ounces of weight loss too! But in all seriousness untreated sleep apnea fucks you up, it’s becoming such an issue with driving in particular. There you go Becky, I gave you an excuse to say you’re not an alcoholic, you’re welcome. Was also causes respiratory problems is sleep apnea. The build up of phlegm in her lungs, throat and back of her mouth has to be pretty substantial. Anyone whose had a cold or even worse, bronchitis, knows how much shit you can hack up in a short period of time. She's got to have gobs of mucus just hanging out around her tonsils and coating her throat. What makes it more severe is eating before bed which is a big "no-no" for sleep apnea patients and well, we all know the binge monster comes out at night.
The litter box made an appearance some time ago in a video. It's in the bathroom, and you probably guessed, filthy. To deal with the litter getting out of the box, instead of...you know cleaning it, they put the litter box inside a cardboard box.Unclean litter boxes can cause respiratory problems. Has Albert never cleaned a litter box? She’s really lazy so I’m willing to believe it.I remember in an old video, Amber bought a litter box at Walmart and explained how she replaces them every month.
Probably because there was no room left to shit in the litter boxWasabi shit on the couch constantly at her and Destiny's apartment and she couldn't figure out why.
Cats are really finicky about the cleanliness of where they shit. They absolutely will do their business anywhere else out of spite if their litter boxes are too dirty.Wasabi shit on the couch constantly at her and Destiny's apartment and she couldn't figure out why.
