I just don't get how these people reach these weights! Like... i'm in the same height range and i got a wakeup call when i started getting too close to 150. My 6 for father got a big wakeup call at 300 (way overweight, but had knee replacement, etc. Have been worried about his health for a while)
As I've said before i understand and am sympathetic to people who are a little overweight: it happens. But how did any of these short women hit 200lb, register as obese on the bmi, and think "Nah, i'm good. This is fine." Then go on to hit 250 and more.
