Medical debt is one type of debt where you are probably going to be sued even if the amount is small. Especially with someone who does not meet eligibility for charitable assistance. If this is her, she stiffed them on the payment and now they are suing her. If only they knew about her instagram and youtube so they could show how she flaunts her financial status.

Anyone can buy a car, but that doesn't mean the DMV registered it in her name. Not that I would be surprised if Kentucky lets someone with no license and no insurance hold title to a car.

The law varies by state to state. In Virginia you absolutely cannot own a vehicle without a valid US driver's license due to homeland security and the proximity to Washington DC.
