There's a difference between talking about her and her shit life style choices and taking time out of your day to make a shitty graphic. It was planned and thought out, these discussions are just people talking about her.
And Not everyone has the software to make a graphic, I sure don't. So yeah, it could have taken effort. It obviously took time to make since it just surfaced to the group.

I didn't do that one in particular but it doesn't take long or much effort to make that kind of thing, that's at most a 40min work where most of it is figuring what to put in it and what to leave out and choosing the right picture of Amber.
Also I may spend a stupid amount of time doing dumb images in photoshop, but at least I'm not FAT. frigging owned fatty.
