I am not quite sure if we are getting close to the bedbound era. Of course, if she felt and broke something, which is quite easy at her weight, she would surely be bedbound. However, she is still mobile enough to go on these shopping trips. Of course, it requires minimal exertion. The only way, she goes inside a store is to use a mobility scooter. Otherwise, she will bark orders to Becky on her mobile while sitting in the car. From her wordings, she can walk only about 2 minutes before it becomes too uncomfortable.

Her weight is clearly going up. She was looking forward to an appointment with a weight loss doctor in mid-September. We have not heard anything about it. She was to create a Patreon to discuss her health and her weight loss. However, that train has passed. Besides, who would pay $5 a month to be told by her that she feels "amazing"? I believe that the appointment did not go as expected. The doctor could not give her a magic pill that would melt the weight away and, instead, told her to cut her portion size and reduce the amount of fast food and restaurants meals that she eats. In one of the last videos, she had to get up early for a doctor's appointment. A lot of people assumed that it was her WL doctor. Either she went and did not like the response from the doctor, or decided to forget about the appointment and not going, the result is the same. She is not on any weight loss "journey". She lost weight last year because she was sick, and lost a bit more when she had cancer, and now that she feels better, she is not going to get encumbered by following a diet. The amount of food that she is buying at stores and the amount of fast food and restaurant meals that we do not see, is telling us that all she does is eating. She is living the life.

There was another episode where the surgery had to be stopped almost immediately because the woman stopped breathing. I think she actually died for a second, but it's been awhile since I saw that episode. Dr Now is one of the very few doctors that will operate on people that size for a reason. It's unfortunate, but it's a very real risk that most doctors don't want to take. Can you blame them?

There is that mild surprise that Amber survived her hysterectomy, or at the least that they did it without her losing a lot more weight first. Maybe she was advised that she'd have to lose at least 100 pounds on her own before being operated on for WLS (assuming she went to the doctor at all).
