How much vitamin C does it take to fell a cow? Because there's 8400% of your daily value in those fruit snacks. :optimistic:
its a water soluable vitamin, you pee out what you don't need (there is a limit on what your body can handle of course, but its pretty damn high). Most b vitamin supplements are several thousand RDAs.

It appears there isn't just ONE row of cereals and breakfast items, there's two, maybe more.

You and I bolth know damn well that those fruit snacks, fiber bars and various cereals get eetuhn within a matter of 6-10 days, most of it being eetuheen by Hamber.
Remember when Amber bought the Ollie gummy vitamins when she did the "buy everything I want at Walmart" video (stupid "cupgate" incident), then bought them again in a more recent wollyworld haul (w/Dusty, Dana,Gracie)? She claimed in the recent haul that she didn't know what happened to the first jar of gummy vites, they just disappeared somehow. I propose that our gorl gobbled down the first jar in a binge at some point. She didn't need to even bring up the former package since she would have used the jar by now normally, but that little lie caught my attention. Anyway, gorl must love her some gummies because Ollie vites smell and taste like vitamins more than candy.

This is my favorite aaygg. A puddle of shit on the bedroom floor.

And mega high doses of VitC can cause diarrhea, which in turn, if you spend way too much time on the toilet as if you're prepping for a colonoscopy, can cause electrolyte imbalances.

But this Big Al, so if a little something is good, a ton of it is obvs better.

The third box back looks like Great Value mashed potato powder.

I wonder how fast that box of flavorless slop disappeared.
