Because there is no way in hell I'm patient enough to dig further, I can say I have total phone anxiety. I despise talking on the phone (I prefer to see people's reactions) and detest leaving messages (because I inevitably sound like a rambling lunatic). However, I'm an adult so I do it any way. Is that the kind of phone anxiety she's on about?

Not sure exactly. It's uploaded to the CXNT channel right now. She basically said she has phone anxiety and that's why she didn't call on her labs. A commenter pointed out that she didn't seem anxious when calling to make the appointment.

OT but... Are the Slaton sisters worth watching? I've only seen a couple of their videos over the years when they pop up in recommendations, and they both seemed... severely mentally disabled... so it was hard to watch and backed out. Hamber is just becoming so BORING.
