At her size, she legitimately needs medical clearance before she even attempts exercise as basic as walking. She's convinced she's healthy though, so she won't and your scenario will likely play out in the near future.
 
When I watched the Biggest Loser they pushed the fat people to exercise hard and beyond the comfort zone. And I read the show wouldn't give the contestants water and be in the heat... so I think AL should be fine walking 8 minutes.

Our gorl needs to make an appointment with a trainer as much as a therapist. If she fell in a ditch while walking alone in bumfuck nowhere she wouldn't be able to roll herself out and it'd be easy to mistake her for a bloated deer carcass while driving past. It's safer she not work out alone and the teainer should ideally keep an AED handy to prepare for the worst.
 
Let's give her the benefit of the doubt for a second. She's got exercise-induced asthma. Ok, fine. That's not an excuse to avoid exercise, that's a reason to make an appointment with her singing doctor to get a prescription for an asthma medication, such as Albuterol. She should also ask her where to go to buy support shoes/orthotic inserts for her to wear when she walks so she doesn't further fuck her up feet.
 
This video is old and forgotten but I stumbled upon it again today, and the claims in it are pretty extraordinary, even by Amberlynn's standards. It's Destiny era, and it's about her OCD. She claims to be diagnosed with it (she has always claimed this, but never when, and nobody else has ever brought it up).

The tics she claims:
  • She memorized American Sign Language. She would hide her hand, and sign when she was speaking, when she was spoken to, when she would think, and "any time words were involved". She claims she "literally could not stop" herself from doing it.
  • When riding in the passenger seat of the car she would blink as she passed into and out of every tree shadow. She claims she tried sitting in the back seat to avoid this but her "body felt compelled" to sit in the front seat.
  • Another she claims she was still doing in Destiny era was touching her index fingertip to her thumb. She claims the compulsion is so strong that she would drop what she was holding, even if it meant dropping/spilling things.
  • She talks about picking at her scabs, which I can buy having lived through Catscratch World Tour 2017, but I don't honestly think it's necessarily OCD behavior.
She says there's a lot more, but she won't share them. She also said she's "trying to get help for it", whatever the fuck that means.

Sounds like dumb shit stupid people claim when they have self diagnosed OCD. Amber has no idea how bad actual OCD can be. I dont want to powerlevel too much but someone very close to me has OCD that has actually been diagnosed and they literally cannot function without medication. Just because she doesnt like when things arent aligned properly or does one of these stupid"tics" doesn't mean she has fucking OCD. She just wants attention.
 
In today's video at about 10:00, AL says she has a stye in her eye. Despite this being the first time she's brought up styes ever, she tells us that she's had them since she was "really little". Then in the very next sentence she acknowledges that she probably shouldn't use some of her eye makeup that she's owned for a "hot minute" (aka since high school) anymore.

Not that it probably matters; but decreased libido caused by her rampant untreated type 2 diabetes.

I'd bet she has vision problems she doesn't speak of because they happen over time caused by diabetes.

I'm wondering, just from how her hair seemingly always have flakes etc she doesn't suffer Psiorasis. <It's pretty common with Type 2 Diabetes since you have a weakened immune system.>

I wouldn't be surprised if she has chronic constipation or something similiar. I wouldn't be surprised if she takes laxatives often and refuses to acknowledge it.

I'd be curious to see what her blood work says, shame we got no way to find out. I bet she's sitting in the 20's on a daily basis. Which means she pretty much sweats and pisses out excess sugar. Her bedbound saga will be incredibly disturbing when you consider beyond normal sweat and oil it'll be sticky quite literally.

I am no doctor and I don't know anything about sties, but there is one thing I do know: she is a prime candidate for conjunctivitis with her filthy hands always touching her eyes and face. I don't even want to speculate about what kinds of bacteria are crawling on her. But a good case of pink eye is pretty easy for anyone to catch, if they seldom wash themselves and are always playing with their faces.

Amber used to wear glasses. She didn't wear them all the time like you should. When you neglect wearing your glasses, your eyesight will get much more worst. It's likely her prescription was way out of date and could not see out of them anymore. It's much better to go sans glasses than to wear an incorrect prescription, though.

Amber is a master at managing her finance, as you know. Spending hundreds a month on restaurants is much more important than getting glasses.

I think it's the opposite, that she overcooks everything. There was a video edit posted earlier in the haydur nation thread showing her in a restaurant where she ordered steak well done.

And in her recent video she talks about cubing up her meat because she has a "weird fear" of making meat that isnt cooked all the way. I always find it odd when obese people have rules about food like that. Like her "not liking butter".

She always butters her bread, and she's too lazy to even spread it, just chunks it on there. I just looked through 3 cheescake factory videos looking for the clip but can't find it, maybe it was at Sonny's.
