That whole situation was fucked, and while they may have checked his device at the time and not found anything I still think that Ross has at one point actively used that stuff. The reason being, some of the shit he came out with was so ridiculous and shocking that either he is a troll - he isn't - or he's trying to grasp at straws to defend what he had done. Like when he said 12 year olds were like adults because they were pretty tall.

Plus, he had spent a lot of time talking to self-described MAPs and the like before he ended up getting disappeared.

As for Yee, I hope Tyrone and D'Sean get their use out of him.

Obtaining actual CP and getting arrested was all part of the trolling, guys.

Also, this guy was backed by Atheists for standing up for free speech regarding religion in his home country, I do not remember it being the skeptics unless you count people like Logicked who only make Atheism videos as skeptics. All the support was way before he started talking about pedoshit, there were warning signs though. Most free speech supporters acknowledge that calls to violence and doing shit like yelling "fire" in a crowded theater shouldn't be covered under freedom of speech but Amos Yee completely disagreed and thought absolutely everything you can say is free speech and should be protected, even what I just listed. A few people called him a moron and dropped him over this event but it wasn't until his pedo video that everyone either called him a troll or tried debating with him.

Sargon kinda stream-sniped a Count Dankula stream that had Amos Yee on and kept smuckling while saying shit like "Dank, he's totally fucking with you and you can see him smile and try not to laugh every time he says something really fucked up", so in conclusion, Sargoy was wrong again.

Don't think Singapore practises double jeopardy when it comes to CP. But he will go to jail anyway because he skipped military service.

This is what Singapore online media had to say about him.

Seeing how he is still described as a "Singaporean", he has yet to renounce his citizenship. You'd think he would try to apply for US citizenship after being an asylee for over a year. (EDIT: Sorry, green card. He can only apply for citizenship 4 years after being granted asylum)

However, under Singapore laws, he will only be able to renounce Singapore citizenship if he takes up citizenship in another country and if hits 21 years old. (Yee's 21st birthday is at late October 2020)

Furthermore, most males complete their military service when they are 21. This means it is usually not possible for Singaporean males to renounce their citizenship without completing their military service.

Long story short not yet a US citizen, not 21, haven't completed military service, Yee is still a Singapore citizen even if Yee doesn't want to be one.

Eh, no, I don't think Ross was a troll. Troll is a person who can in any time walk back and say "I was just pretending to be retarded" and Ross is actually retarded. As for straws, it's hard to explain, but it seems that he used what could get him the most attention at the moment. I am not saying that he was spending his days plotting "ooh, what can I say to make them mad", no. It's bizarre how he could jump from "I was framed" to "I am a pedo" in a matter of days, so I think he is really low functioning and just used first when he felt threatened and the second when he craved attention or he wanted to came on top in the conversation in a really retarded way. Was he looking at naked children online? Maybe, I don't know, but I'm pretty sure, that a big part of the stuff he said, he said after being baited by his circle. One of his buddies tried to build "e-career" out of Ross, but ended up getting halal thread. Other one... Well, you already know.

I think, Yee's case is somewhat like this. He obviously craves attention more than he craves... You know what. To the point of disregarding his own safety. I mean, really, in that article they say, that when last year it was "rumored" about him sending his dick to underage girl, he replied not with "no, it's not true", but with "no, but would it be a bad thing?", like he wanted some extra reaction on top of the suspicion alone. Really, that's not what people, who don't want to be caught say. And I think, if he was a full-blown pedo, he would've been caught earlier. I mean, really, the guy had a YT channel with that shit, he was kicked from the places he rented because of it and still couldn't shut the fuck up about it. It's more likely, that he got so invested in his new way to be retarded, that in the end he believed his own bullshit. Doesn't take the blame away from him though. He's also shat all over his parents, possibly the only people I feel some sympathy for, not that he gave a crap about them to begin with. Not only did their kid become one of the most disliked people in Singapore, enough that people came up to him and slapped him on the street, but he's also a paedo. Imagine being a well to do Chinese family and wanting a successful son, and getting Amos instead. Just 21? and already a social leper and criminal.

She did some shit with Faisal Saeed Al'Mutar or whoever that seemed to be generally meritorious, and I don't necessarily flag her as a ditz from her interview with Rogan. But she was almost wholly responsible for getting Yee out of Singapore and into the US on asylum, which he almost immediately made her regret by being the person that he is. As far as I can tell, she got a bit of her start by hopping on that skeptic train, and then proceeded to try to distance herself repeatedly once it became clear how truly intellectually domineering they all were

It really is funny how many people are going to be sweating bullets on suicide watch for endorsing this retard, though
